FAQs
Can I add anything to my wishlist?
Yes—products, experiences, or something others can enjoy. Items that are illegal, dangerous, or sexually explicit are not allowed.
Is there a maximum size for wishes?
Yes. For now, each wish is capped at NZD 3,000 (to comply with NZ regulations).
Are there any fees?
A small processing fee is shown at checkout. No hidden charges.
Can I chip in to my own wish?
Yes. Many creators contribute to getting things moving.
Can people contribute anonymously?
Yes. Contributors can hide their names from public view.
Can I cancel a wish?
If no one has contributed yet, you can cancel your wish. Once contributions have been made, you can choose to end the wish early, and the total raised will be issued as a gift card (no cash payouts). Your gift card can be claimed at any time.
What if we don’t hit the goal?
You keep whatever was raised as a Prezzee digital gift card. Nothing wasted.
How do I get the gift card?
When your wish ends, you’ll receive an OnShout digital gift card in the app and by email. Redeem it via Prezzee to choose your store.
Where can I spend it?
At 60+ retailers across New Zealand through Prezzee. Pick the store when you’re ready.
Can I use part now and part later?
Yes. You control when and where to convert your Prezzee balance.
Claim your gift with Prezzee
OnShout has partnered with Prezzee so you can securely claim your funded gifts. Once your wishlist is complete, you can convert your eGift card with Prezzee to receive it.
